Our History
Founded in 1992, Deltacon is a full-service construction company specializing in residential, commercial, industrial, remodeling services. We are a close-knit team consisting of two owners, Henriek de Wet and Pieter Swart, 15 permanent staff members, and a trusted network of long-standing subcontractors.
Henriek de Wet brings a wealth of hands-on expertise, having mastered multiple trades throughout his career. From the very beginning, his focus has been on excellence—striving for perfection in every task he undertakes. His unparalleled skill allows him to outperform any tradesman on-site, giving him a unique advantage in both planning and execution.

We primarily work in and around the City of Johannesburg in Gauteng Province’s of South Africa, but are open to travelling farther afield depending on the offer we receive.

Yes Indeed, after we have all necessary information about the Job, A project management timeline will break the entire project into smaller tasks and milestones, with a deadline assigned to each.
Our payments methods are very affordable and unique. We don’t take payments in stages; we take payments on an actual work so that client does not worry whether they are paying more than the actual work done. We also give cash flow details as per the work that is to be executed.
We believe in surveillance, transparency and accountability. Therefore, our company will always schedule regular on-site meetings with the client throughout the construction process.
