We comprise of 2 owners, Henriek de Wet & Pieter Swart, 15 permanent staff & an array of time tested sub-contractors. Henriek made his way through various trades, & from the start, he focused on being the best in the trade in whatever he did, striving always for perfection. He is able to do every trade better than any tradesman on a building site, & thus has a tremendous advantage when it comes to planning & execution of such. His vast knowledge of all trades also gives the added advantage of being able to integrate different trades & helps to eliminate the limitations of scope & design in single trades, when working with Architect’s & Owner’s dreams.

Pieter has vast experience in Marketing & Managing fields & has successfully owned & managed  companies. His amazing communication & managing skills in dealing with admin, reports & updates with the clients, architects & sub-contractors alike.

Our 15 permanent staff members have been personally trained by management over the past 10 years. Specializing in the finishing stages of all trades, we take pride in delivering exceptional final results with the expertise to seamlessly integrate different trades. This ensures a cohesive and polished outcome. Additionally, our hands-on approach allows us to intervene when necessary, keeping all phases of the project on track and completed efficiently.
